BRAND MANAGER WOMENS FASHION at MQ

In my role as Brand Manager, I was entrusted with the task of redefining the vision and brand platform for an underperforming casual fashion brand. My mission was to elevate brand performance and drive revenue growth. I took on comprehensive responsibilities, including budget management, design leadership, team development, and enhancing the overall brand experience.

Visionary Brand Transformation: My journey began with the creation of a new brand vision and platform. This involved identifying a fresh tone of voice, directions, and the target consumer, setting the stage for a brand reinvention.

Revolutionizing Assortment and Product Development: I played a pivotal role in reshaping the brand's assortment structure, identifying trends, selecting materials, and leading the product development process and team. This was instrumental in adapting to evolving consumer preferences. To succeed I hands-on crafted all fashion- and concept designs, trends and ideas. 

Creative Leadership Across Channels: I provided creative direction for marketing initiatives and visual merchandising, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across various touchpoints.

Data-Driven Decision-Making & Budget: I closely monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and market insights on a day-to-day basis. I was in charge of budget and financial performance.  This data-driven approach allowed me to initiate timely actions to optimize brand performance.

Effective Stakeholder Engagement: I conducted presentations and implemented brand strategies, trends, budgets, and directions across all stakeholders, fostering alignment and commitment to our brand vision.

Consumer-Centric Approach: I acted on consumer and market insights as well as sales data to drive strategic decisions and secure actions that enhanced brand performance.

Celebrity Campaign Creative Direction: I also provided creative direction for celebrity campaigns, leveraging influencer partnerships to amplify brand visibility.

Market Expansion and Growth: My efforts were primarily focused on the Swedish market, which comprised over 90 shops. During my tenure, the brand established itself as a market leader and experienced significant growth, exceeding 170%.

Remarkable Results: Under my leadership, the brand became the largest within the company, contributing to a substantial total revenue of approximately 1.4 billion SEK.
