Design Manager - Ellos Kids Wear

After the task of building "young fashion brand" for Ellos I was given a new task to turn around and re-brand the kids offer since it was performing poorly on the market and needed a makeover.  It included both girls and boys and ages from newborn to 14. I lead the work of creating new assortment- and communication platform based on lifestyles to create clear tools for the marketing and product department to enhance the offer towards target audiences. It also included creating new target areas and a vision to take marketshares and increase revenue and growth. The Kids department went from being underperforming to highly successful and a market player to count on. I lead the work with product directions and trends as well as how to communicate in magazine and online. And I also was handson-designer for some of the groups including fashiondesign, graphic patterns, storytelling and concept design.
